Hey girl! I’m Brooke! I am a wife of ten years and homeschool mom of an energetic 8 year old boy and quirky 4 year old girl. I have my BS in interdisciplinary studies, over 8 years of teaching experience, and am life coach. I live in the Nashville area and enjoy nature, exercising, and reading.

My favorite thing about coaching women is watching them create spiritual disciplines in their lives that allow them to find true soul rest with Jesus. I love seeing how God specifically and creatively purses each woman and I love seeing how their marriage, parenting, and relationships are impacted. Its amazing to watch women go from restless and overwhelmed to rested and present.

I know we haven’t met, but I am your biggest fan! I hope you know how loved you are and that you can totally do hard things!
